Welcome to Govt Jobs Finder (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About the App

Govt Jobs Finder aggregates job notifications and vacancy details from official government websites and presents them for user convenience. We are not an official government entity or app. Always verify job details on the original government source before applying.

2. Accounts

To use certain features you must create an account using email or mobile phone. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. User Content & Conduct

Your profile information (name, profile photo) may be visible within the App. You must not upload content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, or otherwise violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob (banner, interstitial, native). Ads are provided by third parties and we are not responsible for their content or any transactions resulting from them.

5. Intellectual Property

All App design, text, graphics, and code are our property (or licensed). You may not copy, modify, or redistribute app content except as permitted by law.

6. Disclaimers

The App and its content are provided “as is.” We make no warranties about accuracy, reliability, or availability. Job listings may change or be removed by original publishers without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Account Deletion & Termination

Users may delete their account from the App. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms or for other reasons in our discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
